I have ordered product in AJIO on 23rd dec 2018. Order value is Rs. 499.
Later i have cancelled the order due to some reasons.
I got the refund only Rs. 419 against 499. I rised the complaint on Jan 3rd 2019 on this refund issue but still it is not resolved. Almost i wrote emails 17 times, One month completed. getting reply from ajio that it will be resolved by 2 business days, BUT NOT YET RESOLVED EVEN AFTER COMPLETION OF ONE MONTH ALSO.
Even no status updates also,

Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.

I had ordered products in Ajio and the product legging was not received but in the app status updated as delivered. It's been more than 8days that the complaint was raised but not received any update or solution. Whenever I call customer care they are providing lazy answers or useless solution. Please I can't call again and again. Kindly provide me the solution and going forward I am not going order anything. I am very very disappointed with the Ajio service and felt worst service and fed up with customer care answers.

It was picked by the executive who came to pick the product mentioned : Honey by Pantaloons - Cropped Trousers with Elasticated (Refund Recd)

They had taken this product also : AND - Semi-Sheer Layered Top with Embellished Neckline (Delivery Person took but its not been refunded)

I have been following up with multiple calls to customer care but there has just been complaint nos with no resolution

Everytime the old complaint is closed & fresh complaint no is generated with no resolution

This is my second order which has not been delivered. No such attempts were made in my both orders, yet they are sending me a message saying that they made and attempt.

For order no FL0167521026 I have to pay only Rs 507 which was delivered on 21st August but on the package it was mentioned that collect Rs 603. 33. So, I have paid Rs 603 so, please kindly check it out and correct it.

I have tried to connect to AJIO multiple times but I have not received any response. I have raised complaint no COL00012425024 but its still not resolved. Customer service is pathethic, they dont help at all. I need resolution on my complaint and need refund asap. With such downgraded customer service, I doubt anyone should ever use AJIO.

Money is deducted from my Account but my order is not confirmed. Still i didn't get refund even 4 days passed out. What to do for refund. Customer care service is very bad. No response from Ajio team. Very bad experience.

I had returns dress even delieved boy also return my dress but there is no notification in AIJO app its was showing return on.... date.
