    Sir there is the wirings in front of the house and the wirings are going through the walls of my house and are very dangerous for us and children roaming here and 1 spark can cost many lives plz do something regarding this issue.

    Only ONE person knows how to operate the only ONE POS card payment machine which accepts ALL major Credit Cards at your C-9 Vasant Kunj, Customer Care payment Centre
    When he is absent customers like me who use such cards ( Visa international Cards0 cannot pay their Bills
    This needs rectification by instaaling more such POS machines ant training more staff in their use-- which is simple
    Kindly have this matter resolved earl;y as my payment due date is expiring on 05/09/18

    I APPLIED A COMMERCIAL METER IN KAROL BAGH NAIWALA 1.00KWH ON 24 AUG 2018. IT'S BEEN NOW MONTH AND I VISITED ALMOST TEN TIMES IN SHANKER ROAD OFFICE BUT NOONE RESPOND ON MY REQUEST EVEN I SUBMITTED ALL PICS WHICH THEY ASKED. MOREOVER THEY ASKED ME TO PAY SOME DUES ON THAT PARTICULAR PLACE WHICH I CLEARED THERE AS WELL WITHOUT ANY DELAY BUT STILL I AM FETCHING OUT DAILY FOR DEMAND NOTE AND I WASTED MY TIME THERE AS WELL. MY APPLICATION NUMBER (8003498886). I REQUEST YOU TO LOOK IN THIS MATTER. KINDLY ISSUE DEMAND NOTE ASAP BECAUSE IT IS ALREADY DELAY.

    DEAR SIR

    I am BSES customer. I visited to Divisional Office Tagore Garden, Delhi on 26 Oct, 2018. My bill was over charged with Rs. 4500. To correct this error official asked me to go to first floor 102 Room. There lady official named "Madhu Suri" misbehaved with me and talk rudely. Her attitude was not up to the mark. This was seen by every staff member of room no. 102.

    They were also reluctant to tell their name as well. Not only they didn't heard my request but also didn't write my CA number. Another lady on her right side was also misbehaving and even encouraging Madhu Suri to misbehave. Later she also misbehaved and use abuse language. When whole staff was requested to help they replied "ladies hai, hum kuch ni ker sakte, kon pange lega".

    I request you to take strict action concerning this matter as soon as possible otherwise I have to take legal actions.

    My Self Mohammad Ikram , and My CA.No. is 151037110 , and Meter No. is 21747507, from Last few Months.My Electricity Bill is Coming without Charges. Bill indicate NO Payment Required. last month i use electricity but january bill again comes without Uses Charges BILL HIGHLIGHTED No Payment. so i just want to know. what is the problem why my bill is not generated with Service Charges.

    I hope you give me positive Response as Soon As Possible

    I have applied for new connection vide application no 8003841962 your representative visit after his demand on telephone my wife submitted ID proof ,Cancel Cheque, and old bses invoice for permanent to temporary connection photocopy again two addition demand ist is other person bses rajdhani electricity invoice photocopy & 2nd is his ID proof.

    i am very very sad & unhappy of your representative/visit staff

    already i three time visit in janakpuri division office (mohan gardern) for same all staff tell me as on the
    1st required for temporary connection (ID proof ,Cancel Cheque, and old bses invoice)

    meter number 13166558 in the name of Bimla Vij at Flat No. 975, Hastsal, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi CA No. 103035104.

    Getting provisional bill from the month of April and May 2019 but not generated for the month of June 2019. Contacted Division Office, Janakpuri District Centre but issue was not resolved. Juast now I checked up the meter and found that meter is not running. Kindly ask the concerned to check and make the meter operational.

    मेरा सी ए नंबर-150846750 है और मेरा मीटर नंबर-24307037 है। मेरे अगस्त का मीटर रीडिंग 29388 है और मुझे 6530 रुपए का बिल भेजा गया है। जो की गलत है। मैने हर महीने मीटर रीडिंग अपलोड किया भी है। और मेरा लास्ट मंथ का बिल 0000 रूपए आया था और अगस्त महीने का बिल 6530 रुपए का। मेर आस पास के लोगो का बिल 2800-3000 रूपए का है। जबकि उनका मीटर रीडिंग करीब 34000 है। अतः श्रीमान आप से नम्र निवेदन है कि मेरे बिल की जांच की जाए

    This is to inform that My name is Aamir Malik I have applied my new connection the name of Nargis Ahmed Request No. Is 8004464919.
    My Concern is that when I have applied new connection only site verification was pending when I had call customer care they said your building hight is more than 15 meter but no one has visited at my premises than how can they measure height without visit this is very disgusting service ever in my life. Customer care executive Ms Saba and Ms afsana I had word with them but they didn't reply properly. I have already visited New friends colony division office there was a guy his name is Danish he said that I will definetly visit your primes but he did not visit yet. Now I have called customer care they said your connection is cancelled due to height problem in your building I am very disappointed to you BSES such a verybad experience ever in my life if you are providing this kind of service and blaming to customer so this is not done.

    Dear Sir/Ma'am,

    We have a CA number 153387565, in which other charges of Rs. 15060 have been charged. There is no reason mentioned and we do not use this much service. Kindly remove these charges and share a new bill.
    The employees of your company call us repeatedly and do not talk properly. They are calling us for any other person's bill and demanding money from us.

    If the charges are not removed then we will make a complaint to a higher authority.
