    I have get my connection after 20 days of paying my full payment to service provider that's okay but now a month is not over yet and my set top box is not working I have complained on phone for 4 to 5 times and they have given me a complaint number 1000323 and now I am getting a reply that boy will
    Come at evening and when I call them at evening they say boy will come tomorrow resolve problem
    It been repeated for 4 to 5 days.
    And later they says that visit at office but I am not getting my complaints resolve
    Please solve my problem or else take your box away from my home I will get my another company's connection.

    I am consumer of GTPL from very beginning & services provided by Jai Mata Di Cable Network Muzaffarpur Bihar. Service is very poor,after so many complain they are not able to improve it even disconnected my connection.
    I request you to see the above issue at your earliest else take back the GTPL setup box & return my amount.

    sir,i m since long gtpl customer.last year i had paid charges yearly as per yr.receipt no.31072 dt.7/7/2018,for period 8/7/18 to 7/7/19.u hv disconnected my cable connection on 18/6/19 instead of 8/7/19.i had four time mail to u before two days also talk to yr customer care.no reply or solution my matter till now.today i had four time try to talk customer care but all time after long waiting i got answered that our executives are busy with talk other person.give me status of matter,otherwise i have to for legal opinion.
