Sir,
I have paid Rs.550/- at Passport Seva Kendra,Dehradun for Leather Case .However While delivering the Passport at Ramnagar on 1/10/17 the case was not absent and envalope was open.
The postman (Lady) has denied that the envelope was not having any such case.
