Hey grofers people I have ordered two times groceries but they cancel it for no reason fuck off!They don't even gave me money samaan bhi gaya paisa bhi. What is the problem you don't want to deliever don't deliver they were telling bulk goods ghanta. Sirf 10 samaan mangaya aur bulk goods bolte hai. I want my money back

Want you to know the kind of pathetic delivery Grocers have,.. I ordered some stuff on 21st June,, I was given delivery date - 22nd June, 4-7PM... I tried calling Grocers customer care but it was as useless as your delivery boy,,, no valid numbers available... I downloaded the app, tried cancelling this order,, couldn't do it since the order is on the way... waited till 10pm and then I get a message saying its been re-sheduled for next day... I decide to wait since I've already paid and have my refund as well in the wallet... 23rd June- I get a call from the delivery boy (Mobile no - 9582388938),, he calls me and asks the direction at 4.20PM then calls calls at 5.50pm that he's still finding my location... after explaining the location many times,, I get to know he's in Nathupur... says that he does not have the proper address.. started giving excuses again saying he'll deliver today by 9pm or tomorrow...

Do you even know that we need the stuff that we order???? with this pathetic service do you expect customers to buy just because you are cheaper (in every way)??

This is with reference to the order id Ord018639703, where we ordered oleev active edible oil of 5 ltr jar and 1 LTR was showing as free in the scheme. However, when the product is delivered, it only delivered 5ltr jar and not the free 1ltr. When contacted the customer care, they say it's delivered. This is absolutely fraud from the delivery boy Manoj and groffer is not giving my money back or replacing the order. I would request you to look into this urgently. Else I will use social media for your fraudulent activity and also log a case in customer welfare.
