    I purchased lenovo k8 plus from flipkart and received on 22.12.17. the apps like phone book, music player, photo gallery are not found pre installed in the phone

    My Lenovo mobile K8 note XT1902-3 SERIAL# HNB32V9L is not charging. The phone light comes on when charging but the screen goes on & off. After charging for over two hours, I am unable to access the home screen. I live in Vashi, Navi Mumbai, India. I was told by Lenovo USA chat services that my phone is still under warranty. Please provide assistance.
