I bought a Dr.Morepen Glucometer on 29th July, and with in 5 months time it stopped working. Let me know your service center location where I can go to fix this up. You also should check quality of your product before selling; Product stopped working within 5 months of purchase is not a good sign of your product quality and if the support also is laclustre like the product then I will stop buying it and also make sure none of my friends and family member are buying it.

Sent me the address/phone number of your customer care service locations in Hyderabad. The toll free number you have kept in your website doesn't work, No one picks up the call or it says the phone line is busy always.
