NO. 18605994555 SHE INFORMED THAT SHE PUT REQUEST ON
URGENT BASIS.
BUT TILL TIME IT WILL NOT COMPLETED AND NO BODY RESPONDENING ON MOB.
PL TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AND DO THE NEEDFUL FROM YOUR END.

Purchased my AC on 15 Feb 2023.
Run it 1st time on 11th May & register complaint on 12th May about AC not cooling.
Service Engineer visit & check the product & told that OUTDOOR UNIT'S FAN MOTOR not working.
After that since last 10 days, no one is replying back & nor responsing clearly.

We are thinking that we have selected a wrong product.

How can I raise my concern to the Company service personals.

Hi,

I have purchased Voltas Ac on 1st February 2024, please check attached invoice for reference. The external fan and pcb is not working after just 1 week usage. I did raised a complaint to customer care since last 4-5 week. Their response as of today is they have pcb but not the fan yet.
Kindly take appropriate action as soon as possible, also call on below numbers for additional information needed.
