we have purchased keeline electric rice cooker from sono vision(rajamundry) which is not working and we had taken cooker to vizag service center but problem remains the same. we have visited 4 - 5 times to service center.warranty is going to expire next month. it seems you people are dragging till the warranty expires.

we fully dissatisfied with the service. if cant able to repair give us replacement.

Raised a ticket regarding change of coil for 6lt water heater. Technician visited with 10lt coil and tried to fix the 6lt water heater. When he failed, he assured us to visit in 1 week with 6lt coil and fix it. 8 months passed, even after contacting your custoner care, nontechnician visited and the device left opened.
Now the custoner care numbers are not working. What kind of service is this??
