I had purchased an exide battery from your dealer M/Gupta Battery Service, Opp. Airtel Office, Near Anand Nagar Bus Stop,Main Road, Adhartal, Jabalpur M.P.,vide their Invoice No.19/20/204 dated o4-05-2019 battery type FBVO- 12-BV5L-B serial no.M6C9W306552 6C95 with warranty of 18 months.
Since the date of purchase it stops working, altogeter every day in the morning.I am a Super senior of 80,+ and any how gone to his place,but the defect could not be repaired or battery could not be replaced.Please intervene and visit my place at MIG 29 NEW ANAND NAGAR, NEAR RAZA CHOWK ADHARTAL,JABALPUR MP and redress complaint and do the needful against the Dealer.

I have no complain, I want dealership, please help me or any contact number

two batteries not working

I Rajat (M/S S B BATTERY ZONE) SAP CODE-429617 Exide sub dealer of M/S S B MOTORS(EXIDE DEALER, MANIMAJRA CHD) for 4 years. But now the company representative said that your dealer has changed.I am only interested in buying exide batteries from M/S S B MOTORS reputed firm in the tricity. I am selling the exide battery in good quantity but if your company will change my dealer then it affects on sale(less sale) and company sale.
The company representative said your new dealer is M/S NEW INDIA POWER. But he is my competitor and his shop is located very near to me. I am not interested in buying batteries from NEW INDIA POWER DEALER. His dealing is not good with me.
I am only purchasing an exide battery from M/S S B MOTORS MANIMAJRA CHANDIGARH.
Kindly do the needful asap.
