Reliance Big Tv no channels coming from 2 months

I purchase reconnect 32led dated 27 Jun 16 reliance digital vashi.after display blank I registered complaint15 Nov 17.after1months 12 Dec 12 display replacement same problem issue again.engineers visited 6times but problem not solve.now I didn't want again and again repair replacing led.so I want brand replacement behalf that reconnect led.please give me as soon as brand replacement 2 months I troubling.

I want to book new big TV DTH witch provides free hd channel for one year and free to air channel for five years.

I am writing this message with full of frustration. What kind of bloody service reliance providing to us.since month I am not able to watch any channels related to STAR, ZEE, SUN networks.called number of times with no response or with a response channels will resume shortly which will never happen. Since 14th April none of the channels ( not even single) are coming and shows 400 error. I have paid 1500 rupees for one year offer just a month back and now reliance cheating. Frustrated frustrated...no one cares about the issues..what the hell/fuck reliance management is doing....when will the issues will be resolved?

Smart card no -200667438284, we have activated South regional pack but after activating the pack most of all channels are not coming e.x star plus, sun network channels.

We have raised our concern to many times we are not getting proper response from your end.

When we on the tv they are showing error 400 and no signal since yesturday.pls clear it.

Since 14.04.2018 there no service of broad casting tv in any channel we made several complainants but no use.rectify the same or refund our one year subscription amount with in 2 days or otherwise I sued for damages

My smart card no.200556629805.we have recharge Rs.2499/- on 22/03/2018 for 2 years plan.but after activating the pack most of all channel are not coming.we have raised ourconcern to many time, we are not getting proper response from your end,since last 2 month there no service to broad casting tv in any channel. We made several complaint but no reply. Hence you are requested to refund my recharge full amount and previous balance amount. Total Rs. 2499 + 390 = 2889/- Please refund.

We have tried the customer care number so many times but nobody is giving the proper response. we are struggling for channel coming issue. Maxximum Channel is not coming so we have tried to contact with customer Care but very poor response from their side.
We just want to know this company is closed or going on so that we can raised this concern with Top management. If nobody wants to give us service then why this company is launched.
Kindly give us your COO number so that we can escalate the same to him.

This is totally Fraud case where Re-charge amount for INR 2,000/- has been taken for 1 year without any TV connection for last 2 months. I immediately want the refund of my money or else will lodge a compliant with Consumer Forum.

It is also against the consumer rules and an unfair illegal practice. As early as possible when it is installed ? Clearly stated the reason and and what is options for me in that condition. If connection is not installed within week I will take legal action against you at your cost. I also try many times to contact you through your toll free helpline no. but it is not working. You has been failed to fullfill your obligations even the last deadline of June 15 has been expired as your commitment. It looks like a big fraud and I will be lodge FIR against you if connection is not installed within a week and also take legal action against you in court of law.
