Complaint against your showroom at Sarabha Nagar,Malhar Road Ludhiana. I have purchased a boot of Rs. 1999/- but they damaged within 15 days and we approached the showroom they said we pasted it from somewhere.But after 10 day's they are not returned to me. When I call them they said we are deliver at your residence, but they not come.
2000/- is not a small amount.
Please do the needful and answer to me otherwise we are going to some legal action against your company.

I will see your email but I am not satisfied by your answer, Bata is a big brand and very old company, but in vain you said resolve the problem. No matter but we are not interested in to take pasted shoes, If you will give me new shoe or refund my money back, other wise I will go to consumer court against your harrshment. This is my last mail.
