Hlo man apka jo lakme salon barnala me hai uske liye hmare experience BHUT bekar hai.. so log coprate b ni kart...itna bekar makeup...BOOKING ke baad humko kisi ne btaya k unka b makeup bekar Kiy..humne lakme me jake bola b... btane ke baad b itna bekar makeup... beautyplus me pic click karke client ko dikhate hai...rewiew ke tym b bolte accha likhe...makeup one hours me merge hoga....so bad barnala salon..pls hum client ki baat pe dhyan de plsss

I had been to Lakme which is located in westside building commercial street Bangalore for Eyebrows. An inexperienced Lady handled my eyebrows. I kept asking her are you a trained professional?. The way she was struggling to do my eyebrows. Instead of threading my eyebrows, she went on my skin which is having a permanent scar on my forehead side. I need justice from lakme.

I did hair smoothing last week at Chincholi Bandar Malad West mumbai Lakme Salon... did smoothing but its result was not good at all.. tension is there is no hair smoothing after paying so much money....
Plz...help me...

Booked an appointment for 12 Pm but concerned person has not turned up till 1220 Pm, was repeatedly told that the person is coming in two minutes. Nobody at the Salon was concerned. When asked about Area Manager number it was not given, how does the customer escalate the matter if there is no access to Senior Management, we are told to go to customer service and lodge a complaint.
Have decided not to recommend Lakme to anyone. Waste time of customers.
