    Hello, i would like to complaints you on your online recharges . I have selected chaayos innan offer of paying my bills of Adani gas, but while doing that i have selected chhayos 500 rs voucher offer but than after i get know that chaayos not offering services in Ahmedabad(Guajarat) so thats how i lots my money in that so i Apeal you please give it back to me in my PayeTim balanace and i also talked with PayeTim in hepl desk. There is bo any conclusion.

    Had visited chaayod at Vasant Vihar PVR Market had the worst experience of my life. Wish to place my complaint on record and a caution to all visiting chaayos. Pav Bhaji was hideous probably a disgrace served on the platter had to literally swim through to understand where is the bhaji? Samosa chole another disaster on the platter to ramm my taste bud. The chai most horrible.Most importantly it was waste of precious time and Money. Not at all value for money highly overpriced with full on nautanki. I need my money back not because I want to prove a point but I believe my money is not meant for useless tasteless stuff sold in the name of bad food. I asked for grievance register I was told I would get a feedback on my mobile after 45 mts. I did get it and I did fill in the form. No come back. It may be a petty amount to others but as a 2 rime cancer survivor I must say I have lost my palettes After eating out at Chaayos

  • Concern regarding staff and outlet timings

    Dear team
    I would like to complaint against chaayos janakpuri outlet. When ever i visit there they sah they aint open it yet however the other outlets serve food at 8 but janakpuri outlets always says no even at 8:30. Kindly see whats the matter with them.

  • Behaviour of Chhayos Faridabad Sector 15

    It was the first time I went to Chaayos with family today.

    It took around 20min for Mr. Ishwar who tool the order. He gave 1 tea in around 5min. 2nd tea in 10min and 3rd tea we were waiting till 20min. I went to Mr. Ishwar and he was always busy on phone. Nearly 20min when we didn't received the 3rd order, so i requested to cancel the order. Seeing his behaviour he was least concerned. I came back to my seat and went again after 5min. And asked him for refund. He said ok and said to his staff member "Inko Chai bhi de de aur refund bhi". I told him i waited for more 5min when i cancelled the order, but no-one came from your staff. Finally he returned Rs 100 to me. The refund was not the point, but the time i wanted to spend with family was ruined.

    How much time should 3 tea take? And all 3 be given together or customer has to go and pick 3 times one by one?

    Seeing today's experience the other Tea companies are much better than Chaayos.


    Not a good experience with Mr. Ishwar and won't go to Chaayos Specially Sector 15, Faridabad.
