    CESC rk nagar had disconnected my current connection has I had not paid my 1 month bill. I paid the amount and asked them when they will give the connection. They were rude and have an irresponsible answer. They had not only removed the fuse but also removed the connection in the meter. When I called the AE of RK nagar his answer was also rude. The line man finnaly came at 7 pm and when we asked him he behaviour was like an rowdy. Is there no forum to control these rogues who Ard being paid with the amount we pay and our taxes. I think the CESC should be privatised so that these kind if rogues and kicked out of their jobs.

    There will be no power supply in the night time and also in the noon...most of the robberies are happening in the night when there is no power.there is a serious issue here. Kindly look into this and provide power properly

    They changing randomly the power cutting time example one day 7 to 8:30 another days like 6 to 9 because of this so many problems are generating and they are doing a partiality like they are supplying everyday current to calony but not to our village which is far from 500 meters from that colony so check that and clear the problem
