I have heard about the goodwill of cello company but i am not satisfied with your product because Mop rod slip when i spin always. My mom think that she wasted money on this Mop.

Kindly replace this product or repair as soon as possible.

I take kleeno mop yesterday n today i open that product. But that product is cracked in the packing.
I want to replace my product

I have purchased a cello kleeno bathroom mop yesterday from Fancy Bazar, Guwahati, Assam. But today when I used it it's not flushing the water out as the bottom surface of the mop is uneven. It's very disgusting to have product complain from such a reputed company like cello. Please replace the product asap.

I have heard about the goodwill of cello company but my customer and also me not satisfied with your product because my customer facing problem in warranty period. and sales person and distributors not given parts to us.
i have received 2 complaint as in 23.09.20 and followup with ur sales person and distributors of jaipur rajasthan.but till date complaint are open after more to more time follow up with them.
