zook company give information about service center in bhopal but they give wrong information and address nobody seen zook office that area so give right informations about service center

When operating on bluetooth offline or online,using aux,mic its getting disconnected in between again and again.Not running smoothly as expected.Pls resolve my issue as i am a great fan of this product from last 3 years.Not expecting such problem.
