I have made transfer of 5000 thrice on 19th of oct. But this 15000 amount is still not credited to my bank account nor it is not showing as balance in payzap.
But in history it says it has transferred. Request to verify what has went wrong and do the needful.

I loaded money of Rs. 5000/- on 23rd Oct 2017 and transferred to IDBI Bank ltd. but the same is still not transferred nor refunded back.

4 March 2018 whidrwal 500 rupes payzapp but not coming watlet amount

i am sorry to say that i have tried to contact to costumer care on 18001029426 countless time but neither attended my call even though rang up the call upto 15 minutes. more than two thousand five hundred rupees is pending in payzup due to kyc update. on elapse of 72 hours prescribed time updation is still pending and i facing problem to transfer money to meet our requirement .

I am unable to transfer the amount to my bank account. I have raised the complaint in Customer care on 17th March 2018 but till date I haven't received any revert from Hdfc team.

I am suggesting to everyone one, pls don't use this app they are criminally robbing our money.
HDFC is giving the poor service and also cheating their customers.


Pls avoid this bank in future.
