Im taking 1.5lakhs loan from home credit every month clearing auto debited 7008 rupees in bank a/c but in may month not debiting, they told me make payment on online, then ill also respond that directly pay on though phone pay on 20th but that same day auto debit also done 7008 rupees debited , i ask customer care people they told stores not responding on time some person told me not refund that amount and some person told me it will credited no 7 working days , but already 10 days over please respond this

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have received a whatsapp Msg on 7th Nov-2023 Mobile No. 8871680978 for closing the LOAN A/C. -3903119748. and NOC.etc.
According to SMS I have paid for the same. as of now not received NOC letter and confirmation.

And Today I have received a threat call # 8726813067 regarding the payment related concern. and I am trying the closed on last few month on November -2023.

And I also request Pls check and provide the closure letter for the same.

If anything pending my side Pls let me know.
