I purchased a split AC on 29.04.2022 and after one week of installation, it has stopped cooling. After calling customer care several times, nothing has been done so far. Even the mechanic who installed the AC is not picking up the phone. In this inclement hot weather, I am left with no option other than to bear the heat even after spending so much money on Ac. Kindly resolve my issue.

From 26th June till today, I am waiting for technician to solve my concern against ticket no. B22062503916. Called customer care multiple times but got very poor response from customer care side.
Why are you playing with the emotion of your customers by not accepting your fault.

Calling several times, most of the times the executive don't receive call. Not only that, they are unable to resolve my problem and try to convince me saying some bullshits.

Till now we were buying LG's make 4 T tower AC for the UPS and Compound Room cooling purpose in the plant. Which are about 10 and 15 units installed in our plant. Some LG tower ACs are 4 years old and some LG tower ACs are 2 to 3 years old. But till date we have not found any kind of problem in any tower AC. Because we have a lot of Bluestar chillers installed in the plant and they are running smoothly. Looking at the above performance, we took a 4 Ton Blue Star Tower AC and installed it in UPS room for cooling, but it got spoiled within 2 years. Why is it a bad research topic for you. It is our request that this tower AC should be rectified soon. After this you suggest whether this tower AC should we buy for the plant? If yes, then it will not get spoiled in future by taking guarantee. We have to buy a lot of such tower ACs in the plant, but if their performance remains the same, we will not be able to buy them. Also supply this type of tower AC which never gets messed up and the customer's trust remains with you. Initially, we expect you to plan to get our defective 4T Tower AC repaired as soon as possible.
