    Hi Sir/Madam,
    I have been a regular user of your products till the last year. Whether it is washing machine, Microwave, LED TV, etc, you name any home appliance, AC, etc. in my house all belong to LG Family. My experience with your company is not short lived.
    But the story is different this time. Let me try to summarize this as follows.
    I bought a refrigerator in Aug, 2016 (GL-Q292SGSR/2016). It started producing foul smell after 6 months of its usage. As your genuine customer, I approached LG service center near my home town (Rajpura, Punjab) & requested them for the needful. The concerned official from the service centre arrived & did his part of job which mostly included refrigerator cleaning from the inside. But the problem continued. I again approached them and second time someone senior came & repeated the same story. It continued 4-5 times for around a month. Finally they took the refrigerator to their workshop for repair. They did not inform me for more than a week about what’s exactly happening. Eventually I called them after 10 days & requested them for the update & also asked to provide me an alternate till the problem gets resolved. They replied next day that the problem could not be resolved & the refrigerator would be replaced with another one bearing a same model no. My family suffered without a refrigerator for more than 2 weeks.
    It was in March’17 when the refrigerator was replaced. Now again in Nov’17 (6 to 7 months of replacement) the same problem of foul smell again started in the new refrigerator which was replaced in March'17. I approached LG Customer care on 19/11/2017 (RNP No. 171119094185). The technicians arrived in my house & frankly saying he was not competent enough to attend the problem. I provided the feedback & the next day some senior person arrived & understood the issue with the refrigerator. He did some internal cleaning & asked us to not to operate the refrigerator for 24 hrs. BUT THE PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS.
    Please let me know where I went wrong in fulfilling my responsibilities as a consumer. I have been struggling badly since I purchased your product. Now the refrigerator is out of the warranty period & I am being asked to pay the amount for getting the problem resolved. Even right now your team have taken it back to their workshop for repair and asking for money.
    Please let me know is it ethical for LG to ask for money to give me service even after such a bad performance by your product? For a minute, place yourself in my situation & let me know what you would have done.
    Please note; it seems that this model is having some manufacturing defect since the problem persists even after replacing the product with same model. Will appreciate if you can replace the refrigerator with some other model so that I we can put an end to this harassment of mine now.

    Please note if LG is not able to provide me a solution, I’ll be constrained to knock the door of Consumer Court. I’ll not myself get in touch with you after this because it has been over one year now.

    Hi,

    I have purchased double door refrigerator on 11-Nov-2017. It worked one month
    properly after that it stopped getting cool we have called so many times to showroom and service center. Service center people sent many people but nobody had resolved the issue. In that one person cutted behind (compressor pipe) one pipe to check weather it is getting cool or not after checking it! he said some part (compressor ) has gone inside will replace it! 2 weeks over still now nobody had came my place to fix this issue. We had very good opinion on LG products but its disappointed us to take a decision. We are really fedup up of LG Refrigerator. We don't want your product please take back your machine and refund the money or replace the product.

So i am very disappointed with this brand, i have to think about this brand in future before purchasing any product.

    On 2nd Feb. 2018, I purchased 1 32 LJ523D LED TV from LG store which is located in Rewari Haryana 123401.
    AFTER SUCCESSFUL INSTALLATION BY LG SIDE THE TV WAS WORKING VERY SMOOTHLY
    But on 28th Feb I noticed that the right side above corner of display was pinching..means there is a gap in between the panel
    When I raised the complaint at toll free no. Then technician came at my home location and checked that he told me that it is manufactured defect so we can repair it
    I just want to know that if I purchased brand new LED TV so why should I repair my led because it is not my fault.
    I talked with the LG store owner as well as LG service center head but nobody is giving me a good response
    I just want to tell u that u can not compit with Sony and Samsung because both brands are better then LG

    That is why LG is on 3rd position in indian market after Sony and Samsung.
    If Sony and Samsung delivered defective product to the consumer, after 1 call they provide replacement to the customers

    It was my mistake that I trust on LG but u guys are mother fuckers
    You guys are only making money not winning the trust of customer

    I will raised this issue on social media atleast people should know that LG is not a brand
    But it is basterds company who making fools to customers
    Mera sirf 20k paisa waste hua but remember agar tumhari brand value Maine kharab naa kr di toh kehna......

    Please note that we have an AMC for 2 years (AMC No.15045430) with you for our 2T Split AC for which advance payment has already been released by us in 2017. But the bill against the same was released by you wrong as it does not reflect our name"ÜFO MOVIEZ INDIA LTD & gst NO.(07AABCV8900E2ZG) correct. Since then we have been following with your local dealer VR Enterprises, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi and accountant (Mohan co-operative, delhi) but all without any result. Even your local representative (Accounts Person) does not pick up our phone. We just want you to send the invoice no. INDELAJC1703983 dt.12.12.17 with the above correction as our account department is not in a position to regularise the same.

    But it is really shocking that the company like LG does not bother about the problem their client/customer/consumer face. Hope you look into this matter and ask the concerned to sort out problem immediately.

    Dear Sir
    I lodged a complaint regarding malfunctioning of my LG monitor in Dec last year. Since than i have talked to Custormer Care Reps and Mananger Rajesh and Mrs Seema Madaan and Lg Care Tech. Even After a long period of four months i have not got any satisfactory response from any of these and always getting false promises and responses about replacement of product. I have all the details and proofs of conversation with all of these. I also sent a mail regarding this to lg customer support in March . I am facing a lot of problems due to monitor. Please look into the matter seriously and take strict action.

    I always felt proud for being a LG customer, now that perception has taken a U-turn. Yes, the support and service are really pathetic.



    I see a lot of complaints on so many service center of LG. I am too a Victim of such instance that is occurring right now as I type this email.



    The Invoice service number: 2419 dated 24th March 2018 from Shreenath Engineering which is located in Old washermanpet of Chennai600021.



    I booked a complaint with LG customer care on 22nd of March stating that my 1.5 ton split Air conditioner is not working properly. Water is dripping from the inside unit.



    After few checks, the technician resolved the issue and it started working for a month and now to my surprise, the same issue has reoccurred. And as per the bill and paid service the service is valid for 90 days.



    I have tried reaching out to the same service center person as well as the branch manager but no luck and on top of it, they are demanding for Money in order to visit and attend the repair.



    is Karthik only Engineer in LG who take care of all service?



    The area service manner has closed my complaint ticket without my consent



    The trust, Loyalty, and belief on LG product and service especially on after sales and services is lost.



    I will surely take it to the greatest extent if things are not been taken care.



    Past two days I spoke to below person, yet no solution to my complaint.

    unfortunately no one communicate with me today; I call him five times and no one help me finally the customer serves said you must wait till next Saturday or return back the device.

    No one care about the customer satisfaction her in Egypt.

    Dear Customer Service Team,

    I understand LG name stands by it's own in term of Quality Product as well as meeting the Highest Customer Satisfaction Index .
    In above scenario, With Highest Confidence I purchased this TV in Jan'18 which is used in range of 5 hrs a week.
    It means usage pattern was (6 months * 20 Hrs) = 120 hrs in 6 months span
    Unfortunately since Aug'18 TV had power issue (Displays only LG Logo) and screen disappears and turns on with same logo.
    Hence registered call booking through Customer care Executive (Complaint Number : RNP180805095822,dtd. 05-Aug'18) with SMS on the Dealer details TIRUMALA ELECTRONICS - 8939843888 capturing above reference details)
    Following day, Authorised expert person came to ivestigate the issue & concluded as Software issue followed PCB replacement if software bug is not fixed. (Reason confirmed was Board heating) with clear Target date for software as 5 days.
    Till 17-Aug'18, I tried to reach either the Authorised Expert person nor Dealer with no response.
    However Cusomer care team assisted with Contact Number as listed below :
    ASM : Mr. Ajay Kumar (Mobile : 8939322828)
    While explaining the same, I proposed for replacement as I have this problem. He convinced me that it is board issue which can happen due to spike or it can be due to Poor usage from my end.
    When I reached customer team on 25th Aug'18, to re- open the first complaint reference number as the first registered call reference was cancelled (Reason was Customer not reachable) & closed.
    Since it can't be re-opened, Registered a second complaint : RNP180825081209 on same day assisted with contact number as listed below :
    ASM :Mr. Nana Morthy (Mobile:9176767259)
    BSM : Mr. Gopala Krishnan (Mobile : 8939881415)
    As the First and second number was not reachable , I tried to call BSM and spoke for 20 minutes inspifte of his busy schdeule to explain me the web OS software has reached to his e-mail but have issue in downloading .
    Hence he went for my favor to replace the board (Which was surprise for me, to see Why should LG change the board for simple software issue)
    As per his direction, LG Authorised dealer called me from 9600043200 on same day to send next expert person as the first expert person is in Kelambakkam area (Where they have network issue to reach).
    Hence Second Expert guy visited my home at post lunch session , Where I requested him to teach me on "Know how" to handle this product as to avoid the Customer handling issue as quoted by ASM : Mr. Ajay Kumar (Mobile : 8939322828)
    He explained the same, Later we tried to reach the same person to get his confirmation on the knowledge gained by me thru' your expert person with no response
    To add with, expert guy was not having the Data log sheet on the initial complaint history which was reported reflecting for the software issue .
    Hence he agreed to bring the Job data log sheet to fix the issue. Till now I'm waiting for the same.
    Please advice on the same.
