I had paid nearly Rs,15000/ towards payment of washing machine from ur OPera House branch.due to ur late arrival i had cancelled my washing machine.it is now one and 15 days passed. i m every day calling ur customer services but in vain.Opera house branch not even bother to receive our call.
I request u to pls refund our money on priority ground i m 84 years old senior citizen and not able run for
my hard money.

This is quite unfortunate and thoroughly unprofessional that the Gift vouchers which send to me against redemption request number "14122004700' not been accepted by Vijay sales today at Plot No. 6 & 7 Pocket, F19, Sector 8, Rohini, New Delhi, Delhi 110085

We went for purchasing some electronic items. While making the payment they said they can't accept these vouchers Mr. Prashant was the head there at Rohini center. They told me that they need to check the same from HQ whether these can be acceptable or not. How can someone refuse the E-vouchers or coupons.

Need to know what is going on and how can this be close. Either your partners are not align or Bankers having some other issues ultimately Customer suffers.

As a corporate customer need to know the reason and solution on urgent note. My product was stuck there.
