I am working with HDFC Life since 25-06-2014 to 31-6-2016. Company terminate me due to customer sigh forgery apart from this he company not proof this against me i escalating this with the help of senior but every senior but no one is providing me solution at last every one say this is company malpractice no one is against the company policy.

Request you to kindly suggest what should i do in this case.

resp sir i am a retired prof,in obst/gyn. my wife had to travel to usa, for daughter in laws delivery. we booked a ticket through agent in kolhapur,on jet airways.we were given a ticket from mumbai to san francisco via amsterdam. the return journey was from san francisco to amsterdam by klm air line and amsterdam to mumbai by jet air .14 days prior jet cancelled the flight. we inquired and found that san francisco to mumbai air india was cheaper than amsterdam to mumbai. on return we filed for refund, and have a response from jet air stating the cost of journey from amsterdam is more ,hence,no refund. the computer site is non responsive. i feel the entire travellers must be in the same jeopardy. fighting individually will be an end less torture. can you not file a public interest litigation. because so must be the case,with all those passengers, who have booked tickets. the truth of actual refunds will never be known.
to make the matters worse, we had an insurance policy from reliance general insurance. it has a clause trip cancellation and delay. no further elaboration.and now they say that, this cancellation by jet is not covered in policy.
the legal system being more painfull for individual than justice, only people like you can help.plese reply.
