i have subscribed for a magazine "open source for you" on 18th august 2018. After payment, i am suppose to receive a confirmation mail or message. but i haven't received anything till now.
i really need that magazine now. please send me that as soon as possible.

This is for your kind information that we have transferred the NEFT (UTR No: CIUBH22164020448 Dated: 13.06.2022) Rs. 2,210/- towards subscription of Business India for 1 yr. We have received the Jan- Feb'23 magazines. After that we have not received any magazines. Please refund the amount immediately. Please reply for the same. Ms. Ronika dealing this process. she had not attend the phone call also.
