I bought LED Model no- LED-3110 at 18/10/2015 with 3 years warranty but my LED is not working now i called 18602085555 for compliant any my complaint number is - 7092890010492. He align engineer. for visit at my home (Ashok Nahgr,Tirwa Ganj,Kannauj 209732). Your Engineer went to my home and check LED and said to my family members to change and packed LED but no-one update for pick LED or i have no received any call from your side.

Please arrange pick up and change my LED TV this issue second time raised in my LED first time service center return my LED TV after 2 months.
So Please arrange pick up from my home address and revert ASAP.

I had given my Intex cloud Q11 for repair to your Ernakulam authorised service centre for touch problem on the 5th of September 2017. Till date have not received it back. Last feedback from them was that they have sent it to the Head office of Intex. Kindly check and confirm.

सादर अवगत कराना है कि मैने इन्टेक्स इक्वा लायन्स2 मोबाइल नवम्बर 2017 मे खरीदा था परन्तु साल भर भी नहीं हुआ कि बैटरी खराब हो गई ।इसके मैने एस एस कम्यूनिकेशन लखनऊ उत्तर प्रदेश 2-8-1018 को नयी बैटरी खरीदने के लिए आर्डर किया ।बताया गया कि बैटरी आने पर मोबाइल से सूचना दी जायेगी फिर मै 5-9-2018 को दुबारा पहुचा फिर भी बैटरी नहीं आइ।तब से अब तक मैने कस्टमर केयर दिल्ली लगभग रोज शिकायत दर्ज कराता हूॅ लेकिन बार बार समस्या समाधान के लिए आश्वासन के अलावा कुछ नहीं मिला 15-9-2018 को एरिया मैनेजर का नं दिया गया उसने एक बार फोन उठाया अब फोन ही रिसीव नहीं कर रहा है।अब तो हम नयी बैटरी की उमीद छोड़ चुके हैं ।अब फोन तोड़ कर फेकना ही उचित लगता है ।लेकिन इतना जरूर कहना चाहेंगे आप की इमारत हमी ग्राहको पर खड़ी है आज नहीं तो कल धाराशायी हो ही जायेगी ।धन्यवाद

We purchased an Intex tv which is not working properly. From last 2 month I am just receiving calls it will be replaced but till now nothing has been done. Worst ever service of Intex. I will suggest everyone not to but Intex products and the customer care seems clueless about the issue. I had even paid extra for extended warranty, however that also seems to have gone to a waste.

Further to the complaint made last month, still the problem is not solved.
Am escalating this into all medias to tell them about bad service of INTEX TV and product also,no service at all.

I have londged complaint No C090595110715 on dated 5.9.22 , It is regretted to inform that till date my Complain is not resolved And while inquire from Intex company service executive Mr Nirav pandya Mob No 97232 71989 he reply that yet TV parts not received From company and further 10 days will be passed he is also inform me if I am agree to pay Rs 5120 than company will Exchane TV

In this regards i want to know that actually what is procedure & why I have to pay extra money where as company nither provides parts and nither give replacement of TV

I am really suffering and this Is poorest model of service so kindly draw attention to your authority because This type of service may affect reputation of intex company and in real after this bad experience I will not suggest to anybody to purchase any equipment from Intex CO

Kindly request to resolve my complaint and give replacement of TV Against faulty Tv within guerintee period
