I have purchased a Beetel phone model no:M18 on 26/4/2018 from KARTHEDATH TIMES, EASTFORT, TRIPUNITHURA - 682301 KOCHI , KERALA. The phone became faulty with repair problem. When we approached the shop, they asked us to give it to Telecom Bazzar, Ernakulam who are the authorised service Center. I gave it to them on 4 th July 2018- job no:w773. On 9/7/2018, they informed me that they are unable to repair because karthedath has purchased from another agents. Please look into the matter and do the needful
