hi i am deepak kumar pathankot contact- 921778608, date 22/10/2017, main jammu se pathankot ke liye bus no- PB08BZ8754 main baitha jo ki ludhiana ko ja rahi thi aur usmain 10 seate khali thi. conductor se pathankot ka puchne par main usme beth gaya. ticket mangne par usne kaha ki pathankot local hai aur usne mujhe ticket nahi di aur bus se utar diya. jabki usi bus main kuch passenger aise the jinke ticket local kalibari, bharamnbari aur kathua ki thi. aap mujhe ye batain ager pathankot local hai to usne baki ke passengers ko kyun nahi utara. conductor ka way of talking bhi galt tha. ager gov. bus wale apne apko bus ke malik samjhe to ye thik nahi hai. main chahta hoon iss par koi action liya jaye aur mujhe iss bare puri jankari di jaye. thank you.

I bring to your kind information that was travelling through Ludhiana to Moga at at 6:30am Dated 05/03/2018. The driver of the Bus No. PB 04 S 7603 was so terror driving and more then three times from Ludhiana to Moga we felt we were ascape.
I appeal to check this driver and convince him soon because it is the mater of life and death of children,women,students ,oldmen and other people.

On 3.9.2018 I boarded on PUNBUS Moga bus No.PB 29 C 9643 to travel from Sri Muktsar Sahib to Moga on ticket number 187940. Bus commenced its journey from Sri Muktsar Sahib at about 4 P.M. During the journey from Sri Muktsar Sahib to Moga the driver of bus remained busy on his mobile phone. Some times he used the mobile phone of bus conductor. According to my thoughts the driver was talking to some office staff over the dispute of duty roster. The office staff knowing fully well that the driver was driving the bus continued to talk to him and did not refrain the driver from making the mobile phone calls during the journey. I was sitting just in third row of seats behind the driver. I did not raise any protest due to fear of misbehave, abuses or scuffle from the side of driver and conductor. The driver was in angry mood during the whole journey. Name Satnam and Mobile No.9056500026 was written on the mirror fitted just infront of driver seat of the bus.
This fact can be ascertained from the mobile phone calls of the driver and conductor of bus and the office staff phone between 4 P.M. to 6 P.M.
I request concerned authorities to take appropriate action.

My self Rajiv Mahi, Resident of Jalandhar-rama mandi. Now I am working in Jammu state.
I want to confirm about why does not PUNJAB ROADWAY Jalandhar one’s bus run at 4.28am from Jalandhar to Jammu Which used to go before covid19. Not getting this bus is also a big problem for those people who are working in Jammu state and do weekly up-down. Due to inconvenience of bus, passenger have to take two buses for reaching Jammu which consume more than one hour extra and also effect on their duty timing.
Except this bus, all buses are running from Jalandhar to Jammu. So I and my other colleague also request you please this bus will restart as soon as possible on same route. Thank you for your time.

Respected sir, I boarded in punjab roadways bus for Delhi but this bus is stopped every where / place like private
bus due to this I become late to reach Delhi. Please give instructions to them not to made this bus pvt as time is very precious for every one.

Today i am booked online ticket from Chandigarh to Delhi. But on the way bus their will be a breakdown in bus and they send passengers in another bus. Now another bus conductor fisrt allow all the passengers to board and after that he refused to go to Kashmere gate Delhi
If bus was moving from Jalandher to Delhi airport so their is no stoppage of These govt buses in Kashmere Gate Delhi. Why he told passengers to de board at karnal by pass. At present bus heading towards the destination but he refused to go to Kashmere gate its a volvo bus of Jallandhar's Depo. What a good service Punjab govt gives to their people by making fool
