I visited Indian Coffee House at Eramaloor, Alapuzha with family and ordered 2 Ghee Dosa and 1 plain Dosa which were served to us after 15 minutes. They were very cold having made 1 hour back. We could not have them and all of us abandoned them half way. When asked, the waiter on duty said that Dosas are served in such a way that they will be cold, I protested saying that I have been visiting Indian Coffee House for the so many years.

The general Malayalee is under the impression that we can have something afresh and are duped by the poor service rendered.

The Licencee has to explain why this type of treatment is meeted to customers.
