Our gas agency, M/s. SUNY GAS AGENCY - Indane distributors located at Perambur, chennai has been distributing for my place for the past 17 years or so . Normally, the LPG cylinder lasts for about 35 to 40 days.. For the past two months, the cylinder lasts only for two weeks. This, I have complained to the agency also, but in vain. The delivery man by name Nagaraj when told about this, says that the complaint has to be lodged only.

If this kind of service continues to the customers, the agency license has to be terminated. I require the cylinder to be given free of cost.
Request that a speedy action to be taken in this regard.

My LPG Connection No.7000000040719409. On 29.10.2011, the regulator was leaking gas and I got this exchanged at Veera Anjaneya Gas agency, Teachers Colony, Nanganallur, Chennai-61. The exchange of this regulator was free and as per the message received, it was replaced free of cost. But the staff working there collected Rs.150/- from me for the new regulator issued. When I insisted for a bill, they asked me to visit the office twice ultimately, they issued a bill for Rs.177/- on 1.11.2021. I request the authority for arranging for refund of the unjustified money levied from me and necessary action may be taken against the staff for indulging in corrupt practices.

I made my gas booking on 01/02/2022 and also paid through paytm while I haven't received gas refill yet.
Even before this, after booking gas repeatedly, I myself went to get gas from the godown because my address is not mentioned on my gas paper.
I have gone to the gas agency office thrice to get my address registered and have given proof of my aadhar and present residence to the employees present there but till now no solution has been found.
Please take proper steps, it will be great mercy.

Every time when we call to their given pH no,no person is lifting the phone inspite of phone ringing long time this is happening every time.hence this complaint to you sir.

I had booked for a cylinder on 4th May and on 5th May, I had received a message from my gas agency that DAC had been generated for my bill amount. But they never delivered it. Today on 7th, they have generated a new invoice with inflated amount. Did they not do it purposely?? Why did they not deliver it on 5th or 6th? They knew that from today, the charges will be hiked. Is it not pure robbery? I request you to please take action against BINDU GAS AGENCY who is the distr here. Thank you

R/Sir मैंनेदिनांक5 मई 2021 को घरेलू गैस सिलेंडर ऑनलाइन बुक किया था तथा उसी समय ऑनलाइन 968.50 रू पेमेंट भी कर दी थी। आज दिनांक 7 मई 2022 को दोपहर बाद मुझे सिलेंडर मिला है।अब संबंधित गैस एजेंसी वाले मुझसे 50 रू बढ़ी क़ीमत मांग रहे है जबकि मैंने पैमेंट की थी उस समय कीमत बढ़ी हुई नही थी। कृपया बताएं कि मुझे 50 रू और देने होंगे या नहीं।
