    I was goes Samsung service centre 3 times but my problem are not resolve. So please help for resolves my problems

    They misbehave with me and not even exchange my earphone which is still under warranty.

    I need my exchange earphone from that service center by calling me from there side at any cost.

    Mr Ahmed, the reprersentator of Samsung company saying that My remote cost is actual. Where I saw that the technician have taken much more charges than the actual.He has charged Rs 295 as inspection charges. I strongly oppose this condition.
