I was sold FAKE,DEFECTIVE, OEM product of Sony SBH20 BLuetooth Headset in Jan'2017. I tried it umpteen number of times, but they didn't replace or refund the product. They took payments twice, once online, and then on cash on delivery basis. Its an ONLINE SCAM of Snapdeal. I've sent a consumer court notice on their Mumbai address, but they've probably closed their operations in Mumbai. So I'm now contemplating to send the court notices to other known addresses in other cities,and registered address in Delhi, Gurgaon etc ...

We had not received any order from Snapdeal portal, but we are getting many irrelevant invoices i.e. not for us. We are not accepting these invoices kindly check at your end and reverse these invoices & we will not pay any amount as Your service is very bad kindly improve your services & also provide us Seller supported contact no & email also.
As we don’t have to pay anything. None of the invoices are relevant to us and our due payment is nill.
Please stop all the services & do not charge for any type irrelevant services.

Kindly reverse outstanding invoices payments.
