We the local passengers of Lower Assam Gossaigaon, Kokrajhar, Bongaigaon, Basugaon, Salakati, Srirampur, Choutara etc. Palaces we have only one train in this route. We are facing daily problem as the train regular running late and every Sunday cancelled by local authority. We have only one train for communicate with Bengal. Please look the matter seriously. We also demanding you all Intercity Exp. Stopage at Bongaigaon as about 1000 passengers daily traveled to Bongaigaon from other part & places.

i am very sorryto say that i am traveling through jehlem train from new delhi jammu tawi in 2ac.but very much upset as the compartment is so dirty and mosquitoes are flyingthrough out night. Do we pay such a huge amount for this dirty 2ac class.who will be responsible for our health issue.

It is very inconvenient for passenger that two similar train shane punjab taj(agra), and Shane punjab express(12497) going through two adjacent platform 13 n 14,
Same departure time, some passenger wrongly sit in wrong trains, Pls change their adjacent platform

Book ticket by 22455 from new Delhi to chandigarh on 07/10/18 when came to New Delhi railway station to take train no information is provided of train as we check running status of train before leaving home witch shows train is just 5 minutes delay. If railways don't want to congest their railway stations at least don't harras travellers by giving wrong information

I am taking first time train from SVDK to NDLS in 3AC of 12446 (Uttar S Kranti) but want to know that whether there is facility of bedclothes provided to passenger in train or not.

I given 500 rupees to ticket collecter but he exchange my note with 100 rupees then he told you have given only 100 rupees.And finely again I have given 500 hundred rupees.

Today I came to new delhi railway station with my friends as I had to board the train as we were late we were not able to buy the platform ticket
So while they were returning the police man fined them for 1000rs.
For a platform ticket worth 10rs they were charged 1000rs which is completely wrong even punishment for spitting and smoking is much less than this.
It was only a way to threaten the college students and ask them for bribe by harassing them
It is completely wrong.
Action should be taken against this corruption

I have been scammed by three coolies in the New Delhi Railway stationon 20 October 2020. They charged me rs 2000 for carrying less than 40 kgs. For a walk that required less than five minutes. Please make a provision for coolies to give a receipt or something. Do something.
