On 28.07.2017 an agent Niharika mobile no.145-6632525 a freelance agent hired by canopus total services (P) Ltd. Office no. 316-B, 3rd floor, Amita villa behind sainik vishram Todarmal Marg civil lines, Ajmer (Raj) 305001 contact:0145-2429889,0145-6632525. Apporached me on a text pretext of getting bussiness loan for a amount of Rs 15,00,000 (Rupees fifteen lakh) and niharika contact no. 145-6632525 of canopus total services (P) Ltd. asked me to submit relevant documents needed by canopus total services (P) Ltd. and next day they promised me that i have bright chances of getting loan and send me offer letter dated 10.2.18 (Attached) and requested me to deposit sum of Rs 3500 (three thousand) as search and verification of charges which i did through ICICI fund transfer followed by Approval letter (Attached) asking me to deposit Rs 40,000 (forty thousand) towards processing charges i transferred Rs forty thousand by ICICI fund transfer to A/c no.-018505005671. Canopus total services (P) Ltd. Kutcheri road Ajemr. After two weeks theh send me applications,solvency certificate. I fulfilled all the relevent documentation and send them to Niharika and Yashika of canopus total services (P) Ltd. by PROFESSIONAL courier by consignment no. 1338501981 dated 19.2.18. They kept on dragging and promising the following week my loan will sanctioned by first week of april 2018. All these employees:-

are not bothered to answer any calls nor give any satisfactory answer, once in 100 calls after trying by different cell numbers they pick the calls and just ignore us by saying that investors are not guving any specified date for loan dispersement. And after first week of april i.e.5 april 2018 they called me and asked me to send 2 blank cheques of PNB bank nehru colony dehradun with signatures on it and an empty stamp paper worth Rs 500 with thumb impression and a passport size photo. But till date (6.6.18) they did not give me any satisfactory answer and only keep me dragging by giving dates. So please provide me justice by giving me back my forty thousand rupees with interest and my expenditures of Rs 25,000

Dear sir,I have got cheated from this company ,this company has taken INR 63000 from me for loan ,due to some issue I just cancel this but after that they commuting fake commitments ,I have received my half present amount of them but after that it's 230 days approx they r not returning my amount,wn I call them always they have excusing ,pls help to getting back my amount.
