    My Customer iD IS 5086

    i made on-line payment of Rs 12990/- on 11.03.2018 but till date I have not received the receipt for the same and and any Id card for the usage of the facilities allowed in the package.I request yo9u to send the same to my address given below and send the IT certificate tomy my email at the earliest.
