Yesterday i.e. 7-Feb-2018 i have traveled through TMT bus no 77 from Rabale Police Station to Dombivli at 9:10 PM. The Conductor took fare charges from all the passenger and not issued any ticker and told that not to worry he will manage. The bus registration no is MH04 HY1252. I request you to kindly do a surprise check to stop this type of activity by the Conductor. The same and email id provided herewith is not actual. I dont want to put my self in any trouble. Request you to please take action

We would like to informe you that Bus No. 8 Timing 7:26Am from Brahmand to Thane never reaches on time, due to this we get everyday late for our offices. Many times two buses run together and they do rash driving.

Today I traveled through bus no.77 from lodha heaven to mahape circle. Which fare is RS 17 but he taken RS 21 & given ticket up to saravor hotel, he said & argument with me this Is for mahape circle ticket from lodha heaven,& in starting I had given 20 RS but he refused and taken again RS 21. Really this is very bad thing ,. Tmt contact no.is also not working.

There were no lights near the bus stop, at 6.05 am so I waited near just 30 to 40 steps away from the main bus stop where there was the light of the nearby workshop. The bus arrived just on time and as I was walking towards it, It started moving. I am in the 8th month of pregnancy and was not able to run till the bus stop so I waved to the driver to let him know that I wanted to board the bus. The bus hadn't picked up speed and halted but once I got in the bus driver started using rowdy language that I was delaying the bus. I informed him that I had infact arrived at the bus stop before time but since the bus was not there, I waited at a place where there was proper lights. Also there wasn't anyone else to board the bus. He still kept on using rowdy language. Let me mention here that the bus did stop under the Manpada bridge flyover to let the onboard bus staff to alight. The halt was of almost 3 mins with greeting and good bye's exchanged. Did this not delay the bus? On reaching the thane railways station (last stop) , I informed the staff there who were noting down the bus arrival timings about the driver's behavior. But instead of understanding, he kept on saying arguing that the bus driver is not to be blamed and what ever he did was correct. If the staff too is going to support rowdy language and halt for the staff as per their convenience, then whom should the customer seek help from? I tried the customer help number +91 22 25812756 but no one answered.
My complaint is for the rowdy language and the differential attitude for the bus staff travelling by bus and the common man.

Today bus no 66 was not halt at bhayandarpada bus stop at 9.55AM when we 3-6 passengers show the hand they are fast the driving.Rush driving by your driver. I will request you to please warn the drivers other then our villages warn that all drivers.

Since Last 2 Day's Bus Not From Mumbra To Majiwada And Also In Evening From Majiwada To Mumbra ...

End number of passengers travel to mulund and thane. 85 bus from Bhiwandi to Mulund frequency is too less why so? Earlier people from different areas used to come to Narpoli now we have to travel to other areas to catch the buses. Traffic shouldn't be the excuse because these days traffic is not only in Bhiwandi but almost everywhere. And pls avoid short trips just because of traffic. It's the responsibility of driver and conductor to make us reach the destination but in that case they in between declare short trip to kalher or Purna....this is not done! Pllssss start and increase the frequency of buses of 85...from Bhiwandi Narpoli and from Mulund bus stop too.

All public travelling from Thane to BKC have only 1 bus 126 AC.
Before Covid there were 4 buses morning and 4 buses Evening.
Since all corporate have started functional 100 % for 6 days in a week, request you ti start all 4 buses on daily basis.

TMT will have lot of profit and all passengers who wil travel daily will be comfortable in TMT buses.
Please consider this request on behalf of more than 250 passengers daily.

Complaint is against this bus driver who starts from Kasarvadvli 6.40am bus. Very slow. Lazy person. Drives the bus in such a speed even Buffalo overtakes him. Take strict action against him. No manners to talk to a lady. Shouting top of his voice when corrected. Reaches Thane station very late. He is not interested in doing his duty ask him to sit at home.

I was travelling from haware City to majiwada bus stop so I took the ticket from conducter and I was not having change so I gave him 100 RS but in return he gave me 75 RS instead of 85RS as the bus ticket from haware City to majiwada bus stop is 15 RS.

There is very very poor service for Bus number 83 .
Bus is not on proper time. Everytime bus got cancel and already its having very less frequency.
Every night there is cancellation of Bus and no intimation from counter at Thane station.
We people are waiting at Thane station and ng regency for almost more than 1 hr daily.
