but the Item till not received And if we call the person they are not responding us if we tell them to deliver soon they are hashing on us.

LR no 1042809381 two boxes booked from paalkad. we recieved two box , among this one box different adressed and it is not our parcel.

we came to know our box interchanged in vrl transport itself and our one box in Ramangara branch.

VRL hebri agreed to solve this. But still we are not received please arrange this immediately.

your people have send it to dombivali after few days they have said material is here we have requested to give door delivery at bhivandi we are willing to pay charges also.still they have not done we are in the dilema that material is delivered but yesterday party had received notice thats why we came to know that mterial in still in the bhivandi warehouse of vrl they even not called us to pick up.so shall we having dream that material is at bhivandi & we will have to pick up. now they are asking me to pay 1500rs charges for keeping material in there warehouse. time being i will pay the amount but from now onwards i will not give any business to VRL & also in my friend circle will ask that don't give business to vrl.
