I am Having 2 Power Connection on my Name one for My home and another one for my Parking/Office. My problem is with Parking/Office Bill where day time load is 40 - 50 W and Night load maximum 200 W. Sometimes i am using a Water Pump of 1.1 HP for 2 hr in a week. we have consume 1000 Units in last 1 year and last month consumption is 933 units with maximum demand of 1.2 KW which is not possible. first of all 1.2 KW load not connected 24 Hrs second thing minimum 2 hrs power cut is there. if we will consider 1.2 KW constant load for 24 hrs and 30 Days then maximum consumption should be 864 Unit. Then how 933 units consume when every day 2 - 3 hrs supply cut there at my feeder. There are a big problem with Energy meter and department not try to understand the problem.
Kindly take necessary action about this matter.

Greetings,
Would like to bring your attention towars the irrigular power cuts in Balraj Nagar, Loni area.
Its almost 0400hrs in the morning there is no electricity since 2300hrs.
This is happening on regular basis. Initially when orders were passed in regard to the electricity by Mr. Yogi, everything was perfect for months. Hawever things started slacking gradually and by now electricity board is doing what ever they want. Its very often that electricity cits if at odd hours and for a longer period of time considering today its more then 5 hours already and dosent seems any hope for the electricity.
My question.
1. Why no one is there to monitor the electricity power cuts?
2. Why no one responce on the helpline numbers during the night or odd hours.
3.Rules are made but my they are not been followed by the electricity board?

I would like to inform you that my power house is "Rathi Ispat gzb Up" I lodge pole wire issue complain at 20 feb 2020. Complain# PV210221131, tat given 4 hrs. But till now problem not addressed.
Twist is that without visit or call they send a message that your complain has been resolved.
This complain assign to JE Mr. Rajendra he did not pick the call.
I wanted to know what is service providing you are,
I am totally disappointed. Still I am getting power fluctuating issue.
Why till now my problem is not short out. And tell me how long it well take for resolve the issue. Am I not submit electricity bill.

This is to inform you that we, the people of aforementioned area are facing acute problem of frequent load shedding in our area, which is causing great hardships to all the residentes of our area. Particularly for the last one month we all are compelled to stroll here and there during the night time. The moment we come to our room for sleeping in night and turn on our single AC, we find that the single AC switched on by us does not run as there remains low power all the time and we are made to sit for hours continously to get the proper load and in this process the whole night passes away for he last number of days and in the morning time proper load is shared to us. As you are well aware that heat is on its peek these days and the load shedding remains so frequent that even for most of the time our fans stop working. Since summer is on its peek so there needs to be no load shedding. Even in our are there remains lot of issues related to power cuts. We are forced to live in darkness and without electricity for hours together. When we spoke to the electricity board on phone, they said the problem could be due to frequent load shedding.
Although we have made repeated attempts and raised our complaints against this issue,however, no official has come down to help us out with it. The students and small children are the worst sufferers.
Kindly help us out and please solve this issue for our locality i.e. in and around Plot no. 219, Vasundhara, Sector -11, Ghaziabad, UP.

Every summer We face power fluctuations, usually at nights, because of which electric equipments are getting damaged and air conditioner do not work.
As result We are having sleepless nights.
I complain every year but nothing is done yet. We do not see such type of power fluctuations at sector 11 only plot area which is opposite SFS residential area. Also our street lights do not work from months. We see people come to repair plot area street lights but Ours do not work.
