Hey, Kavita this side from delhi (Dwarka) actually I was purchased 5 men's shirt and 1 denim and 1 chinos from Mufti dwarka sector 7 store. Actually I had an issue with 3 shirt which after used it got shrink but the manager there does not have a good way of talking to the customers and I returned my shirt before one month or still no one resolved my issue also return back my shirt with the give reason of that there is no shrink if I faced issue then gave otherwise no one exchange it now I can not take back my shirt before giving me a proof with same shirt measurement front of me .my issue has not been resolved yet after continuing follow up with sector 7 branch manager Mr. Kamal then Then talk with your customer care executive Mr.rehaan After that with Area manager Mr. Deepak . Firstly I said there is no Manners or sense in your branch manager Mr. Kamal which don't have a way how to treat a customer also his behaviour is too rude so please take action against the manager otherwise will do another way for complaint .Mufti has become a big brand but after using some jeans and shirts I can tell something for sure that it isn't worth spending money on.The quality of the material used in making their clothes is very cheap.After 1 wash it torn out or shrink, I can see many of the people praying them for durability aspect but it's not any good.Not worth the money. I spend around 10000 rupee on it.There is not value for customer and not discipline towards customers exchange goods . I will not recommend mufti to anyone. Sales boys are useless. They cannot keep customers merchandise given for exchange properly. Worst service.
