We are the residents of BDA Austin, 560047. There is a ground.midof the BDA flats supposed to be Park constructed. And there is no proper facilities. Where people come from different place to use this ground as illegal activities and also claim to be different leader who wanted to run there group activist and take advantages as youth leader. There is no progress in making this place a betterment or future opportunities for the people of the site. There is always fight, dopping. All the time the place is used like a slam.even after they know it's a residential area. We have call police multiple time and there isn't much they could do. Since they have limited authority over this issue.

BDA site s used for various activities and it's been inconvenience. There are aged people living in this flats. There isn't much help from any BDA related authority.

We would request to have this ground to be has a park with proper security made and a CC TV.

We pay the taxes and there isn't a proper drainage facilities. We have compilant and they have just try to clean. But that's not gone resolve this issue.

We would ur attention in this issue

Need help. There are people who would really wanted to raise an issue.

We have seen there is been a BDA board kept recently on the site. But still people are using that places

Please let me know the status of the alternative site which BDA has promised to give for site aquired to form Vishveshwaraiah Layout. This site we had purchased from Mr.Shivswamy of EssVee enterprises many years back.

I have registered with BDA for an alternative site and I am in possession of the Green Card and all the letters from BDA.

BDA land Encroachment of SY -25:1, its located in Doopanahalli HAL 2nd Stage Bangalore (Domlur ward), its near Govt School ground.

The BDA acquired mentioned Sy # 25:1 and also allotted BDA sites to public in the year 1973, the BDA leftout partial land belong to Sy-25:1, around 6500 Square feet without any allotment, the landing contains small temple named Yellamma devi and also includes stone billed well.

The BDA acquired Sy- 25:1 in the year 1965 from Jayaram.M (S/o Muniswamappa allies Abbaiyappa) for forming BDA layouts around HAL 2nd stage and Doopanahalli.

The BDA settled the acquisition amount of Sy- 25:1, to Jayaram M in the year 1976 .

The temple owners are trying to acquire entire BDA property and also planning to put compound wall on entire empty BDA property.

I kindly request the concern officer to look into this and provide justification to public.

Sir, I have paid the property tax online for 2018-19 on 24/06/2018.The receipt has not been generated.I was told to send an email to the system manager with scanned copy of the bank pass book debit together with the tax challan letter.The same has been sent by me. I am staying in No 76, BDA Layout, 1st Block, JP Nagar 8th phase. Garbages are dumped in front of my house (near site no 64 and road) as there is no road constructed which connects the next cross. It's very difficult to stay in the area as it's giving bad smell and a lot of insects due this.

Please clean the garbages and put a notice to the public for fine if they dump garbage there. Also please construct the road so that people won't throw anything there and will start using that for commute.

Hi, there is a water pipe connection available in E City Phase I, but there is no water flow from Cauvery river. Was that not approved by BDA? I had read in so many newspapers that it had been approved some time back. Why has the water not reached yet? E City Phase 1 has so many companies, residential buildings and societies. It would be great if water starts flowing through those pipes. It would immensely improve the quality of life for so many residents.

the Anjanapura Extension (now LBS Nagar) lay out is NOT developed and unfit for construction even after 15 years. BDA seems to be not bothered to facilitate but collect Taxes promptly.

I own BDA allotted site No. 922, Gnana Bharathi Block 2, Nagadevanahalli which was allotted to me in the year 2000. As per the schedule of the property, 923 is to the north of my property 922 as mentioned in sale deed as well as in possession certificate. I came to know yesterday that BDA has split the site no 923 (corner site) into two sites 922/A & 923(corner site). As a result 922/A site lies in the north side of my site 922 where as it should be 923 as per the original schedule. Request your action for rectification of the sale deed with respect to schedule since it is not my fault.
