We have installed Tata Power solar pump in our farm. Pump purchase number Swps/2021/17618. Ever since we installed this pump it is not working properly. Last year we complained a lot about this but we were not listened to and then we paid Rs 3835 to Google Pay to change our pump, then the pump was changed but we were not given any receipt for changing the pump. Even after changing the pump, this pump did not work. We complained again but the service center people did not listen to us. I am humbly requesting you to get our pump repaired.
