IGL PNG pipeline is being installed in our society in a hazardous manner. The pipeline is being passed through the Electrical main lines, meter-case, main-switch of lift system, cctv camera & parking even after lodging my strong objection your officials (Mr Digvijay,Area incharge and Mr Upendra,site incharge) keeping in view the safety & security concerns. But the named officials are are proceeding whimsically int the matter keeping deaf ear to my complaints.
I request to please you to please instruct the concerned officials to stop the work immediately to ensure the safety of my family and my house too. I also request that PNG pipeline should be installed from open root.
Here I may reiterate that any threat to the life of my family and my house due to unwarranted and illegal installation of PNG pipeline in a hazardous manner, your company shall be solely responsible.

I had purchased a new Kaff gas stove on 15/1/2018. The same was installed on 16/1/2018 against my request ticket no.9901074114 and I was charged Rs. 494/- for the said service. The technician while installing the gas stove increased the jet size of the gas stove.There is excess release of gas from the burners which is not only resulting in wastage of gas but also higher consumption of gas.
I shall ,therefore,request you to please get my problem resolved at he earliest.

I had applied request for PNG connection on 13 Feb 2018 and on 14 Feb 2018 i got message from IGL that Feasibility Pass please submit documents. I had submitted document on 3 march 2018 by mail "customercare@igl.co.in but my documents still pending for verification i continuous call to customer care but every time all ensure that with 24 hours matter will close.
