Today I call in erode red texi for booking purpose morning around 9:15am, she told cut this call another team will contact you reg rent detail they are give you per kg charges... But still I'm not receiving from red taxi.....

This is red taxi customer , this is unfair after getting into car with family members,driver is ordering only 4 members can get in to car .that rules must be informed priorly. We can't accept this narrow situation in our last minute of travel.

I booked cab on 07/08/2023 evening 0740hrs.The driver not responded.I tried to his personal No.He told to book other cab. We missed our bus&,lost Rs2000 booked bus fare.Your app.shows that customer not responded. It is not fare at all. Driver puratchi raja Booking ID CRBO 70843E1NV3

Dear team,
Hi I am Ranjith. Please be informed that this morning (28.10.23) i book red taxi .(Taxi no - TN 38 CH 4447) driver name - Chandra Venkatesh.
The taxi driver is very rude and he used bad language. I said to make a call while reaching the spot . He didn't response and while I'm moving there .
He is sleeping in the car. He used abusive language that hurts me a lot.
Please consider the mail and take legal action. I need that person contact number to take a legal action against him. Feeling very bad for red taxi.
