Hello,

I had ordered food online from "Rajdhani online food" while I was travelling by train no 12445 on 27th Sep. I had made an online payment of Rs 189/-. Same was confirmed to be received by "Rajdhani online Foid" as per message and mail received. Mr.
Vishnu Garg called me on my mobile to confirm the booked order. Food was booked at 21:05 on 27th Sep 2017 and was to be delivered at Panipat JN. When the train reached Panipat JN at 22:35 on 27th Sep 2017, no one came to deliver the food.

I would like to file a complaint against "Rajdhani Food online".
