    I cancelled my journey from Kochi to Nizamuddin vide train no 12431 dated 17.08.2018.
    I got TDR from Ernakulam Railway station.
    Is it mandatory to send the TDR by post to you . If yes please sent the address to whom the receipt to be sent,since the address on the receipt is incomplete.
