    I am from MP and I port Vodafone to bsnl SIM in prayagraj then sim is worked fine but during some time my sim not sending or receiving messages, I contacted local BSNL office they said contact in UP east BSNL office but it is very far from my hometown, please any one help me my sim number is 8357942562

  • Customer care service not working network quality is very poor calling is not possible more than 1 minute.

    KYC messages are coming from BSNL. KYC needed for my no.9458404348. Quality of call is very poor and discontinued after 1 minute. Customer care service not responding.
