Please advise train schedule from Sialdah to Namkhana on 9.12.21 mo4ning

I am daily passenger of sealdah division. We generally used to go to the toilet of 9 no. Platform. There is a clear notice where it is written that urinal is free of cost . But we have to pay 5 rupees for urinal and 10 rupees for latrine.
I think it to be illegal. Sealdah is a busy station. The person who is taking money for the toilet is growing his business only.

I want a strict action regarding this matter.

I hope you will put your kind pardon on me and do the needful.

Dada will give me an Agarpara ticket with a 10 taka note, he says if there is no 5 taka, then I have to take two tickets, even though I see money inside the counter, I said no.
