    For senior citizens, physically challenged or knee replacement patients, there must be facility to transfer them from one platform to another. India has changed a lot but old habits and past practices are still with Railway bureaucracy. Secondly there is no readily available contact numbers/ toll free numbers are always busy.Please improve the system.
    I look forward to hearing from you as to what concrete steps are under offing.

    Sir I have two railway tickets one is online (mkn to BBS) other is jp to sbp counter tickets. Both are conf seat not allot. We are husband and wife. How can we get seats near each other. Thanks

    Sir. Maine 8octomber2018 ko uts app se jaipur se nokha k liye ticket book karwi thi lakin ticket book nahi hui tatha paise bhi refund nahi hue
