The representative collected the money from us 10 days ago for installation. After that no response. What is happening ? Is Hathway a genuine company ?

we raised a service 15 dyas back and still no reponse from the team. Thw worst service we have faced till date.

I have not received my refund amount after cancellation of Hathaway broadband connection.

It's been 3 months now and I need the refund to be processed immediately

I have already paid Rs 2387/- on 27th September @22.20hrs, thru Netbanking indian bank Techprocess -ref 1357409952. Since your staff said that it will credit back to my account. I have paid Rs3536/- on28th September @19.30hrs ref 0066881153 i like to go for 3 months package 4 month free. Please refund Rs2387/- to my indian bank account. Awaiting for positive reply asap.
