Upsc civil services examination form me OBC sartifiket kitna purana tak chal sakta hai

Sir,maine 12th ke 2year ke baad b.sc.me admission liya hai to kya main upsc ka exam de skta hu

I have not having obc certificate ,I applied on current date of today has a certificate date number,is that any issue?

Sir This is regarding filling up of application for NDA 2023 .As today 10..1.2023 the portal was not working with great difficulty I could do only OTR .Till now I tried continuously but the portal was totally down and I was not able get into the filling up of online application
