Hi, there was DOB error, so I've submitted my DOB certificate to the address I was asked to send, as I was not able to claim for PF due to data not matching. It's been more than 14 days still no update on it. I have sent it on 07/06/2018. Below is the reference number: PYBOM00341770000099198_4745885 and PYKRP00246310000050780_4744282. I would expect for this to be sorted ASAP. I tried to contact toll free number, but it keeps on saying busy. Unable to get in touch with the CS.
